Dosing the product
Recommended Daily Dose:
- Adults: 10 ml (2 teaspoons)
- Children: 3-12 Years: 5 ml (1 teaspoon)
Recommended Winter Daily Dose:
- Adults: 10 ml (2 teaspoons) four times daily
- Children 3-12 years: 10 ml (2 teaspoons) twice daily
